Living in a comfortable and familiar home environment is important for our clients as we can provide many home care services
While living at home might be the safest and most comfortable option for those in need of care, it is common that the homes are not equipped to those with special needs.
A standard car may not be able to accommodate the needs of someone with physical disabilities whether they are driving or just a passenger.
When the time comes to go out for errands, appointments or social activities, our qualified escorts are able to provide assistance in completing the daily tasks outside.
At the NCS Group, we have qualified Psychologists and Allied Health Professionals who are on hand and are able to assist and provide many types of support services to you.
Includes short and long-term supports that focus on strengthening the participant’s ability to coordinate their supports, and to assist them to live at home and participate in their community.
Personal care supports relate to assistance with daily personal activities including assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life.
Through side-by-side practice, the program involves highly skilled Community Engagement Practitioners who assist participants to expand their opportunities for community participation and employment.
We understand your goals and work with you and your family or carers to put in place supports to develop everyday skills with a particular focus on building confidence and independence.
Our experienced team of Exercise Physiologists and Personal Trainers will provide you with a customised exercise program, giving you the tools to self-manage your condition and improve your quality of life.
Our Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, and Counsellors, have the capacity to support you to working towards your goals, adjust to new routines, and continue doing so.
Our Group Based Activities promote socialisation while offering both worker facilitated and self-directed capacity building activities.
At NSG we offer a wide range of activities to engage with our participants and increase their inclusion in the wider community.
